PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship within 3 business days. We strive for and often achieve an even faster turnaround time.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has shipped, it should arrive within 2-5 business days to addresses in the contiguous U.S.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Our shop currently only offers standard shipping which arrives in 2-5 business days to contiguous U.S. locations. We will be adding expedited shipping options in the near future.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.

Our shop currently ships only to locations in the contiguous U.S. due to the shipping costs that are incurred with international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of the contiguous U.S., please make sure to subscribe to our newsletter so that you will receive an update when international shipping becomes available.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at hello@kimsabelstudio.com. Please do so as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND REPLACEMENTS

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@kimsabelstudio.com or follow the directions in your order email confirmation. We will always make every attempt to ensure that you are a happy customer. Due to the nature of our production process: returns, exchanges and cancellations are not permitted. All sales are final.

PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT OR NEVER DELIVERED

If your order has not been delivered for 2 weeks with no tracking updates or if you don't see the package delivered 3 days after your tracking was marked as delivered, please contact us at hello@kimsabelstudio.com.
